Spiral says - "I loved the workshop. It was great to meet all the wonderful people and be in their energy. I loved just 'hanging out' with no time pressures. I changed my painting when I got home and it now has a happy sunflower in the center. I have my next painting 'planned' so we will see what develops when the paint actually hits the canvas. I am excited!!"
